By accessing on this site, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the terms & conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. At https://zippdrive.com,We try our best to create a space where you can explore and book all your rides in a safe and secure environment. All information displayed on https://zippdrive.com constitutes an invitation to offer . https://zippdrive.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Your order for Booking constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

1. Eligibility to use our site

Use of the Site is available only to people who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. https://zippdrive.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Membership

Although it's essential to have an account to book with https://zippdrive.com. As a member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form. Registration is void where it is prohibited by law. https://zippdrive.com reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.

3. Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.

4. Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to https://zippdrive.com directly or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively referred to "Comments") will remain https://zippdrive.com property. 5. Accuracy of Content on the Website

While https://zippdrive.com strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, https://zippdrive.com Shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the price of the services or the information of the products, or to refuse or cancel any booking placed for that ride, unless it is done at least one day in advance. We will also have clear details when you're booking driver through mobile application.

6. General information

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions modified and posted on our website from time to time.

Please do not insist or encourage the driver for over speed.

Do not leave cash / valuables in possession of the drivers on vehicles.

All our drivers are under contractual agreement with the company not to solicit our customers directly or indirectly for any driver services. Also, our customers are obligated not to employ any drivers of Zipp Drive on permanent or temporary basis without the consent of the company.

Management as well as the driver does not hold any responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, theft or any other type of losses. The service provider shall not be responsible, and no liability is attracted with the service provider for any of the aforesaid losses.

Unfortunately, if any accident or damage took place due to the driver mistake or any other reason, the service provider will provide the support to claim the insurance amount through insurance agent. Our staff will contact the insurance agent and give them a driver’s original driving license to claim the insurance.

The company reserves the right to cancel the confirmed bookings anytime unilaterally owning to the reasons beyond company’s control and purview.

Payment should be made by the Zipp Drive mobile app. If the driver demands extra amount over our tariff charges, customers can complaint us immediately.

As the service provider we conduct the residential verification of the drivers whom we provided to hirer, but we do not conduct any moral verification of the said driver, so we are not responsible for the moral verifications.

The service provider is not responsible if there is any dispute aroused between the Hirer and Driver. But if the driver’s behaviour becomes unbearable, the hirer can contact the service provider.

Customer should insist the driver to display the company ID card every time the driver reports for your booking. In case of any suspicion or doubt customers should contact the Company customer care number to report.

The customer agrees that the driver may only be able to do duty for a max of 12hrs in case of outstation / drop duty, the customer also agrees to provide the driver proper rest and proper facility (Accommodation & Food) or pay the amount as mentioned in our rate chart.

The Management is not responsible in case of any incidents if the customers hire a driver directly without office intimation.

Entire check-up of the vehicle before the trip starts shall be the responsibility of the owner or authority of the vehicle.

In case of any natural calamities, Zipp Drive will not be liable for any damage.
