Once the trip cancellation is received to the company successfully, Hextasoft Digital Solutions (OPC) Private Limited will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of booking, Customer has to cancel the booking 1 hour prior to start the trip for local trip. And for outstation it has to be reported 8 hours before. Nonetheless, cancellation of charges of ₹100 will be applicable for all driver bookings.

If the acting driver reaches the designated location on or before one hour from the scheduled time and you decide to cancel the booking, you will be required to pay a base fare to the acting driver as compensation for their time and effort. This fee will be charged regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cancellations after the driver has arrived at the location will be subject to this charge in addition to any other applicable cancellation fees.
