Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation

Once the trip cancellation is received to the company successfully, Zipp Drive will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
ZIPP DRIVE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Booking Cancellation Window:
    • For local trips, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled trip start time.
    • For outstation trips, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled trip start time.
  • Cancellation Charges:
    • A cancellation fee of ₹100 applies to all driver bookings.
    • Base Fare Compensation: If the acting driver reaches the designated location on or before one hour from the scheduled time and you cancel the booking, you will be required to pay a base fare as compensation for the driver’s time and effort.
      • This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
      • Cancellations made after the driver has arrived at the location will also be subject to this base fare, in addition to any other applicable cancellation fees.
  • Refunds:
    • Upon successful cancellation, Zipp Drive will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
